PLACEMENT AND CAREER GUIDANCE CELL

The placement and career guidance cell has been set up in the institute for the benefit of the students the main objective of the cell is to provide much needed life skills to students and help them to find job placements. The cell activities are initiated by the teaching faculty of different departments. To keep pace with the present competition, the placement cell has undertaken several measures like organizing seminars walk interviews soft and communicative skills development, personality development, corporate culture and leadership skills to the students. The cell offers guidance to the students regarding different pathways in higher education and other career opportunities apart from placement support.

The composition of the complaints cum Redress committee shall be: Headed by senior Faculty member Heads of All departments Should have at least two senior lady staff members from different department (if available) Should have at least two senior members from B.C., S.C. or S.T. categories (If available)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To examine all grievance letter from woman staff / students regarding sexual harassment.

2. To examine and investigate on each complaint received from woman staff / student by collecting required information from connected people.

3. To give feed back to the woman staff / student concerned to fine solution for the grievances.
